Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HerbalAyur. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not belong to the non-returnable category (see Section 2).
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

To request a return, email us at contact@herbalayur.in with your order details and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Refund Process

  • We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Replacement or exchange deliveries will be completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us at contact@herbalayur.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.

We will verify and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

To request a cancellation, email us at contact@herbalayur.in with your order number as soon as possible.
