At HerbalAyur, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic products in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities in India.
International shipping is available on request (charges may vary).
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply (depending on location).
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling charge.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas/Villages: 7–10 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen reasons.)
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or the link provided.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delays, we will keep you updated via email/phone.
If your package is lost in transit, we will either resend the product or initiate a full refund.
7. Incorrect Address/Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address/failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
