At HerbalAyur, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic products in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across all major cities in India.

• International shipping is available on request (charges may vary).

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply (depending on location).

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling charge.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas/Villages: 7–10 business days

(Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen reasons.)

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

• You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or the link provided.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• In rare cases of delays, we will keep you updated via email/phone.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will either resend the product or initiate a full refund.

7. Incorrect Address/Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

• If the package is returned due to an incorrect address/failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
